Aleluya Church Kinder School License
This spring, Aleluya Church wants to apply for a government license to open a private school in August for the kinder age through 5 or 6 years old. Their current priority is to open the kinder school before finishing the new Primary school building. The Mexican government will require that Aleluya Church have an age-appropriate playground in order to obtain a license. Coker UMC has donated some playground equipment, and on January 3-4th, groups from Alamo Heights UMC and First UMC of Boerne are going to clear an area in front of the church, put down a soft surface, and build 2 walls with gates to enclose the playground area.
If you would like to contribute, another $1,750 is needed to purchase materials for the playground walls, two gates, soft ground material, and to replace glass for a broken window on the playground side of the church.

Wall Crosses

Flavio of Aleluya Church has been crafting wall crosses and a few central Texas area churches have been selling them on their behalf. If you would like to order some wall crosses, they are $25 USD. Contact Pastor Hector Acquire at telesistemapn@hotmail.com for further information.
Flavio would like to build a 20’ X 30’ woodworking shop building in the corner of the church property. Besides making crosses there, he would like to train some of the youth in the area so they can have a trade and help Flavio with a furniture-making business. They would also make items they can sell in Mexico. The money they generate would be used for church operations and programs.
Hydroponics
The Boy Scouts from Coker United Methodist Church completed a hydroponics project at Aleluya Church that will produce tomatoes and peppers. Aleluya Church is hoping to expand this project to produce enough vegetables for their daily meals and also to donate vegetables to House of Mercy Orphanage. This project need additional funds for supplies and test equipment to optimize plant growth.
